Retreat Preparation

To enable minimised stress on your body as it goes through the detoxification stages please be sure to do the following before attending the retreat:

Ø      Three days before the fasting do not eat large meals (light food)

Ø      Do not drink anything too sweet, salty, containing any fat, protein, starchy foods.

What You Need To Bring For the Fasting

Ø      Wear comfortable clothes for 3 days.

Ø      Bring notice book and pen.

Ø       Bring your yoga met / meditation cushion. (If you have).

Ø      Your bowls, drum and favourite crystal (if you have).

Ø      Two towels.  Sun glass, Sun cream.


What to Expect During the Fasting

Ø      During fasting (with out of food, only water), you can expect to feel the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of detoxification which may bring up past or current emotional issues.

Ø      This is a normal part of the repair process.

Ø      During fasting you can feel unbearably hungry.  You can manage this with a psychological or mental process to become accustomed to the hunger or you can use small sips of water to abate the feeling.

Ø      You must drink water regularly and slowly during the fast.

Ø      No intimate relations for three days with other people

After The Retreat Fasting

Ø      Do not eat and drink too much too fast.  Begin with small amounts of solid food until the stomach is ready to begin new eating habits and new food intake.


Ø      If you have any medical conditions please check with your doctor before participating.

Ø      There will be an herbalist and Chinese medical practitioner on hand to support you as you require.

Please advise us of any particular medication conditions you have that may or may not be affected by fasting.

9:15 - 10:15am          Ancient Taoist fasting and breatharianism theory and practice. Pat on meridian / 7 Step breathing.  Shaolin Gong Fu, Standing  pile, Tiepiec.

10:15 - 10:45am        Jasmine explain Fasting, history and now, believing and trust.[Perfect health, Inherent joy, Initiation of Nature], called " Manual for Human Life " Jasmine.

10:45 - 11:15am        Rest.

11:15 - 12:15am       Ancient Taoist fasting and breatharianism theory and practice.                     

12:15 - 02:15pm       Rest time / self-meditation.                

02:15 -03:15pm        Shaolin Gong Fu, Standing pile, Tiepiec,Breatharianism theory and practice.                                 

03:15-04:15pm         Explain 3 of hearts, how develop and contact with 3rd eye. energy. The head three main energy start up.

04:15 -05:00pm        Detoxing liver mudra meditations.                            

05:00 -06:00pm        Group Tai Qi walking into National park.                          

06:00 - 07:30pm       Rest. Prepare for question time.

10:15 -12:15pm         Ancient  Taoist fasting of breatharianism, Tiepiec( as like pilates)Tibetan Buddhas Qigong / Hen Ha gongfu.

12:15 - 02:15pm        Rest / self meditation.

02:15 - 03:45pm        Ancient Taoist fasting and breatharianismMotivate the 7 chakras with mantra and mudra balance.                    

03:45 - 05:45pm         Mer-ka-ba meditation,  Pyramid of breathing meditation.

05:45 - 06:30pm        To learn major Pressure points in the physical body to help stimulate energy  /Tai Qi walking next to the ocean.

10:15 -11:30am    Solar  breathing ( recharge energy) / Tai Qi.  Eastern knowledge of High blood pressureheart disease of Mudra

11:30 -12:30pm    Lotus meditations. Dragon line mediation.                       

12:30 -02:00pm    Rest/ self meditation. Pack up to check out. 

02:00 -03:00pm    Review all  techniques / Group sharing. Notice after fasting information.Sound healing ceremony Closing workshop.

04:00pm                Early dinner.

05:00pm                Departure.

Teachers Bio


        Yan Qi, who was born in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia, has been a student of Shao Lin Temple for 8 years, as well as a student of Master Khenpo Sodargye. Since 2014, he has been working with Master Yan Lin who manages the Shao Lin Department of Buddhist Medicine. During the past several years, he has travelled overseas to engage in the cultural interchange of Zen, martial arts and Buddhist medicine. Yan Qi is accomplished in Zen, martial arts and Buddhist medicine and is a master in each of these disciplines.

延淇,内蒙古赤峰人士, 2008年拜师少林寺,2015年皈依是索达吉堪布上师。 2014年起配合少林药局当家师父释延琳负责佛医全球推广,曾出访数个国家进行禅武医文化交流。他潜心参禅,对禅。武。医有着深厚的造诣;精通辟谷。断食等养生术和功法。  



        Jasmine, who has shown a keen interest in spirituality since her childhood, is now a master in Zen and Tibet Buddhism with more than fifteen years’ experience. Furthermore, she is the only bilingual Chinese-English therapist with formal qualifications in crystal therapy, sound healing, hypnotism and Reiki. After more than 20 years working in this field, she has created a unique healing style through the combination of Zen, fasting, Chinese medicine, Reki, crystal and sound healing into one coherent system. Believing in the harmony between humankind and heaven, Jasmine uses sound, visual, light and magnetic effects together with Reiki to enable her clients to feel at peace in mind and body.
