Before anything can shift, something must be truly seen. The Foundations Session is where that seeing begins — a deep, unhurried two-hour conversation designed to help you understand where you are, what has shaped you, and what your inner landscape is genuinely asking for. This is not a surface-level wellness check-in. It is an encounter with the whole of you: your history, your patterns, your energy, and your readiness for change.
Drawing on Jasmine's training in Jungian depth psychology, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), quantum energy healing, and Reiki, this session creates a sacred container for honest exploration. It is not therapy in the clinical sense — it is something more integrative, more holistic, and in many ways, more complete: a space where the psychological and the energetic are held with equal care, and where the root of your experience is honored rather than suppressed.
What We Explore Together
The Foundations Session begins with your intake form — a thoughtful self-reflection you will complete before we meet, covering your current mental and physical health, your lifestyle, the conditions and experiences that feel most present for you, and your reasons for seeking support. This is not paperwork. It is the beginning of your story being received. Within the session itself, Jasmine will guide you through a gentle but purposeful exploration of your inner world. Using Jungian frameworks — including shadow work, archetype awareness, and the language of the unconscious — alongside MBCT tools for examining thought patterns and emotional reactivity, she will help you begin to locate the root beneath the presenting concern. Where is the wound? What has been carrying it? What wants to be released, and what wants to be reclaimed? The energetic dimension of the session — rooted in quantum healing principles and Reiki awareness —allows Jasmine to meet you not only in what you say, but in what you carry. The body holds what the mind has not yet found words for. This session honors both.

The Holistic Nervous System Program is a three-session integrative wellness experience designed to support balance between the mind, body, and energetic system. This program blends holistic healing practices including energy work, nervous system regulation techniques, mindfulness-based cognitive tools, and personalized wellness guidance.
Each session is tailored to your individual needs and may incorporate elements such as energetic healing, and mindset practices, relaxation techniques, herbal and lifestyle education, and supportive guidance for hormonal and menopause wellness when appropriate.

Each session is tailored to your individual goals and may include energy healing, mindfulness-based techniques, MCBT, and integrative wellness support. The program also incorporates personalized naturopathic-inspired lifestyle planning, including guidance around nutrition, movement, stress reduction, and daily self-care practices.
